Change of Circumstances (Rice and Asplund)
For those people with orders that are re entering the Court system or would like to obtain fresh orders the 'threshold' test can be a significant hurdle that frequently traps the unwary and leads to the dismissal of applications. Shared Parenting Plans
A shared Parenting Plan or Parenting Agreement sets out the practical schedules and care arrangements for children so that parents can share time with their children more equally and share the care and nurture of their children most effectively. What does a Shared Parenting Plan, Agreement or Schedule look like? We look at example (model) parenting plans and your feedback on what works for you and your children, balancing times and responsibilities and lessons learned to benefit parents wanting to share parent their children.

Shared Parenting Reactions
Children and parents on mass have been denied an equal or substantially equal relationship and parenting time together after separation or divorce – How is the judicial, administrative, beaurocratic and cultural denial of Equal Shared Parenting Time damaging our children and rendering a generation or more of children parentless, and fathers made childless. Mothers are being denied essential contact with their children as well. So called professional "experts" including psychologists, through their opinions and advocacy in Family Courts and Welfare Services are condemning children to a life without one parent . Parents' role and need to continue nurturing and raising their children is often ignored and denied by antiquated sole-parent-custody social models rooted in 1960's radical feminist ideologies that are antagonistic to men and fathers. Tell us your story and what harms are being perpetrated on your children and you, the Mums and Dads, and what are your direct experiences with the Family Courts, its practitioners and State agencies and their affect on your parenting time outcomes and health, well being and happiness of your children.

Resolving daily conflicts after the dust settles for the benefits of the child
Conflict often continues after all the legal affairs have been completed. Children need to be supported and loved by both parents and not become the battle ground of parental unfinished emotional business. It is time to move the separated family to collaborative and constructive communications; this often means you need to learn skills of problem solving, effective communication and anger management.

Behaviour Management
Good behavioural management is about a holistic approach that gives more attention to building loving relationships, respect and clear guidance rather then punishment or consequences. The old way of parenting children is changing. It is changing to give more respect to children and recognise they have needs connected to their development stage.
