NEW TRIBUNAL TO HELP QUEENSLANDERS RESOLVE DISPUTES (QLD)

The biggest shake-up in Queensland's judicial system for 50 years takes effect today, with the new Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal (QCAT) starting operations.
